About Turkey Day. William & Kate, House of Windsor.

"Why should a day known as Thanksgiving bring nothing more to mind than gorging ourselves on turkey and all the trimmings? If we think of this celebration as "Turkey Day," are we getting our priorities mixed-up?"

Historians and Jewish sources point out that America's Thanksgiving holiday may not have been a totally new celebration—but that its roots may go back thousands of years to the biblical Feast of Tabernacles.

Here is the happy couple:

Kenya!  What a wonderful backdrop for a proposal:

Windsors, Past and Present:

We wish Kate, the new-to-be, member of the Windsor family, all the very best.

They are a beautiful couple. I just hope the Press doesn't hound her to death as they did Diana.

I sure hope she is up to the task of being a Royal! The press will hound them, and print anything nasty they can think of, true or not. The Brit press is worse than the US counterpart, if that is possible.
