Dill Seasoning. 10,000 Steps

Easy Ship Island Shrimp Dip
"A creamy and delicious dip that is very easy to make and is always a hit! It is even better the second day, if it lasts that long!   Serve with potato chips, crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping."
Ingredients for 12 servings:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese      (or low/no fat* )
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream        (or low/no fat*)
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can shrimp, rinsed and drained
Directions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream and blend with an electric mixer on medium speed until blended.
  2. Add lemon juice and dressing mix; mix well. Add in shrimp and mix.
  3. Chill dip overnight and serve.
The only thing I did different was to add a couple of shakes of  "It's a Dilly" seasoning, which is lemon and dill. “

I can’t imagine avocados, eggs or potato salad without Dill Seasoning.

How can I do that?   Here is how:

The swelling on my hand and wrist has receded to just a slightly swollen hand.   I still can’t use it very well, but the antibiotics have it on the mend.

I usually use Live Writer which really helped today.  The cable for the TV and internet is out, so I am going to have to plug in a phone line, or wait until the cable comes back on.
Sometimes, if I have a lot of pictures to post, I prefer the way New Blogger positions them, so I do that later.  I can get them all loaded in blogger’s picture tray and then put them where I want them, with an edit.

Jay and I worked on the fence this morning.  When the subdivision took down their fence, and left mine alone, they left a gap between mine and the fence next door.   Anyone walking down to the store, (they mostly go there to get beer!), could take a short cut across my yard.  I didn't want that, so we reset one more post.
It is lovely T-shirt weather, so it is great to be working outdoors.

Jay primed the boards and the post, with a painting pad, the quickest way, and they will be ready to paint later today.

They used to be parsley patch before McCormick purchased them, so it's the original! I was so happy to find it again!
