If she didn't have a big bow in her topknot she thought she was being neglected.

'Hooman' holidays are very stressful for pets, and if they get out they can panic and be lost forever. So sad.

I am so glad that you found your Chihuahua. You were very fortunate, and so was she.

Wizz, I am sure they do, that is if you wanted to wear one.
My neighbor's black lab, another one who loved to be a ham, used to wear deer antlers, Micky Mouse Ears, and other head dresses for special occasions. I think she knew it got her a lot of attention.

Now, I know my little foster Chihuahua doesn't even like to wear his seat belt harness.
Maybe is it a macho thing with the boy dogs!

Happy Tails and Trails, Penny, TXLakeConroePenny,TXhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00260039376684295639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4550763482629643851.post-37352126160807404872010-10-29T20:17:24.979-05:002010-10-29T20:17:24.979-05:00I don't think they do dog costumes big enough ...I don't think they do dog costumes big enough for me :-)

WizzAn English Shepherdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17538962642970952214noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4550763482629643851.post-15030113959542172322010-10-29T20:15:10.353-05:002010-10-29T20:15:10.353-05:00Good advice for pets and Halloween. We failed to do that on 4th of July one year and our new 5 lb. Chihuahua got out and was gone for 3 nights and 4 days - she traveled 2.5 miles, crossed a 5 lane highway and a busy railroad track. I'm not sure who was the happiest when we found her - me or her.Margie and Rogerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09778628815035344373noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4550763482629643851.post-42246019579333240452010-10-29T19:42:51.405-05:002010-10-29T19:42:51.405-05:00I love the Halloween tips for pets and the costume...I love the Halloween tips for pets and the costumes for the pets.
