And instead, try this: http://probiotics.mercola.com/probiotics.html/ It is helpful in keeping your body fit and healthy. Has anyone tried it? Been using this for a year already and I can't say enough good things about it.Kelly Crawfordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06482685929598378033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4550763482629643851.post-67148690114740553812010-01-20T20:09:02.879-06:002010-01-20T20:09:02.879-06:00Hi Yoda, Thanks for the comment on my blog about t...Hi Yoda, Thanks for the comment on my blog about the stevia. But I found out that a lot of people are allergic to it: http://www.dietboard.net/adverse-reactions-to-sweetleaf/-stevia-342875.html#36393

I know I am allergic to something, and many folks have had the same reaction that I am suffering.
Have a safe day. However, this is regarding pure stevia, and most products on the market contain sugars like maltodextrin, dextrose, erythritol ( a sugar alcohol), and the like that perhaps some people may have reactions to (ie, erythritol can be hard on the digestive system, don't know about dextrose and maltodextrin). Therefore, it is important to check labels.

Sweetleaf Stevia is probably the most pure stevia product on the market, and would be the one I recommend.yodasmithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12149891515300202627noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4550763482629643851.post-36135875208842521812010-01-17T21:40:22.206-06:002010-01-17T21:40:22.206-06:00Great stuff - I'm off to buy coffee filters!Great stuff - I'm off to buy coffee filters!Wentzihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14203947421324813070noreply@blogger.com
